sucks doesn't it?
i actually hate having good dreams. because i wake up disappointed. i'd rather have ":wtf:" dreams, so that i wake up and realize it was just nothing, and life is good or whatever. if that makes any sense. |

Most of my dreams are ":wtf:" dreams that make me happy to be awake.
Do an experiment for a few weeks. Go to http://soma.fm and listen to their Drone Zone station quietly while you sleep. I do this off and on, and usually after about two weeks of sleeping with it my mind starts to create the most ed-up dreams in existence. It's kind of an interesting thing to do. |

there was actually an article i read on fri from the local paper about that "choking game" that was posted in that video. there's an average of about 88 deaths or something like that annually in the US due to kids doing that to themselves.
anyhow, one time i had a lucid dream AND sleep paralysis... craziest/scariest . in my dream all of my friends were in like a living room just watching tv, suddenly the tv cuts into some weird crap (very similar to the video from "the ring"). then i just started hearing a bunch of random screams getting louder and louder. my friends would talk and i couldn't hear anything at all, just the screaming. eventually i was looking around the room panicking and all my friends were just staring at me. this is when i woke up but i couldn't move and kept hearing the screaming. then it just faded away. :nervous: |

The other night, I had a dream that I was working in a morgue, and one of the "corpses" sat up and started scratching its leg.

SPeaking of breathing, I do not know the name of teh condition but there is a disease where if you do not consciously tell your self to breath you don't breah. That would suck, people have to be on a respirator at night. |
Isn't it Buddists who say that if you concentrate on breathing, as in like make it happen. Then you can stop breathing if you stop thinking about it?
Originate your breathing from your Real Dantien, located between your lower dantein and ming-men point.
...ok the last bit was just copied off some website i went to check to see if I was right. |

wouldn't you start breathing again unconsciously once you pass out? |
