Last good one I saw was an indie film called: Black Book
It takes place during WWII in Holland...sort of like an Anne Frank scenario. Was really good, if u don't mind reading subtitles, or if u can speak dutch. BTW the main charcter Rachel Stein (Carice van Houten) is freaking HOT!!

I rewatched The Fischer King last night. I forgot how great that movie is.....sooo good. Terry Gillian at his best.
I also saw this Turkish-German movie called Head On the other night. Really remarkable movie that you should check out. |

Well, it was fairly enjoyable...
Let's just say, it's a cool concept that was poorly executed for the most part. And Hayden Christensen's acting has sadly not improved since Star Wars. |

i loved it. really emotional and it's one of those films that drags you in. i'm really hoping it does get the oscar, deserves it. |
