It only sounds worse to those of us living in the U.S. - to the rest of the world that's just the normal way to denote temperature. :p

Actually, I'm glad he used Celsius. I now know how cold it is (had he used fahrenheit, it would be just random numbers for me and most of the world :()

nothing to write home about for wintertime in the great lakes region :)

edit,

also, its the windchill....not the actual air temp. so if you aren't standing in an open field, and have the wind blocked, it won't be as bad :)
