thanks a lot :D
the sample on beatport is ing balls which has hindered it but I've had some great feedback from it :)

Continuing on with the series of mixes I've needed to give a listen to but hadn't had the time for, I just got finished with this one during the first half of the UNC/Louisville game tonight and have to say I do like it much more without all the mashup nonsense going on. That's not to say the last one was bad, just busy - too busy for me. I'm fragile. :p

Section from "Dooms Night" through "Things" was definitely my favorite part - love Radio Slaves remix, and hadn't heard "Twister" in a bit, so that was nice for me as well.

Nice one Mark :)

I think thats probably my favourite part of any mix I've ever done, was completely unplanned, apart from things, I liked the direction it took after Dooms Night...
new mix up by the end of the week, and it'll be a lot ing better than this one....
Mr Moss
gel abril - your face is a mess (deetron remix)

somewhere in the ocean depths, inside a dark submarine, I can see myself banging out proper to this

reminds me a bit of Chaim - Carolin (the version he opened with on transitions guestmix)

The tracklisting looks quite sick indeed. Love how you have Robert Hood in there too. Though that's not one of my favorite tracks by him, I consider him one of the godfathers of minimal and get a warm fuzzy when people actually know who he is or at least give him a shot. Looking forward to listening to this. I'll prolly post a review in like 2 hours as im still wide awake from bein at 'da' club.

Seriously, the breakdown I gave this mix below never happens. I loved this mix THAT ing much that I felt the need to disect it in this manner.

You make it sound like this mix is lol. Where the hell are you located? I need to bring you to DC.

ulysses - resistance
prompt - evolve
rui da silva - escaping my mind (matt tolfrey and inxec remix)

gaetano parisio - unicorn
luka and lazo - inverse evolution

Loved these tracks and the transitioning between them was either flawless or just that damn good I wanted to point out the awesomeness.

rui da silva - escaping my mind (matt tolfrey and inxec remix)
pig and dan - sly detector

The first few seconds of this transition seemed shakey at first, but it quickly cleared up and was rather good. I don't think I would've thought to mix those two tracks together nor at that point, but you found the perfect subtlety to go into sly detector, imo.

mark broom - things
djinxx + xpansul - spanish kebab

Just an fyi, totally trainspotting these two tracks, sorry. Spanish Kebab is the hotness. But Things is a ing seriously sick track, I can't believe I haven't heard that cut!

robert hood - strobe light
mark broom - things

These two tracks and the way you mixed them was the highlight of the mix for me. Wasn't anything complicated I was impressed with, rather the warmth/raw/classic Detroit feel of the Rob Hood track and the way you brought the Mark Broom track in.

completely melted my face.

good mix Az.

I guess I am a bit of an oddball, nobody else seemed to go crazy over this tune, but I had never heard "burak sar (SIS) - orgsa" before and I am lovin' that tune. :D

look forward to the next one Az.
