Hey man...here's my feedback. Some of your transitions need a little tuning and some work on your track phasing. But overall, you have the makings of a decent mix that can become a great mix with some real fine tuning. I always give constructive criticism because at least for me...it's the feedback that works the most. If you always hear positive, then you end up not pushing the envelope. I see you use I think one track in your set that I use in mine. To give you the best example I can, just listen to my mix...tell me what you think...I play "Velvet Sun" in my mix. I even play the same remix you use (Aly & Fila). Listen to our differences on how I mix into and out of the track, then listen to yours. You'll see where I have the credibility to give you this feedback. I'm really trying to help you out!! The length of the mix is actually the perfect fit on a CD....I always stay within 80 minutes. LOL...the link to my thread is:

I've been in this for a long time, and use to play out at big parties a lot, and even though I am far from a perfect DJ (I'm my own hardest critic), I do know what I'm talking about. Don't take the transition/phasing statement as anything bad...take is a motivational tool to get better...trust me...you'll thank me later. Take it easy. Keep up the good work!!

For certain, I do appreciate your constructive feedback. Being that I am new to TranceAddict, I am also new to Dj'ing. That was my very first set ever. I also agree with you that some of my transitions do need work. I'll keep putting out the mixes, and over time, will get better. I checked out your mix, and see what you are on about. Track 4-5 is a good, smooth transition. I'll keep at it though!

Thanks again. :)
