Btw, I was looking at the website for the guy in pink in the video you posted. The dance he does is actually called MilkyWay. It takes elements from tecktonik but it's more fluid and uses elements of the moonwalk, etc. It's also danced to a different genre. Tecktonik is danced to techno mostly or hardstyle. MilkyWay is danced to house, electro, etc.
That tune is catchy as , but I'd have to say the dance doesn't really do it for me.
Speaking of dance crazes, kinda funny how someone pointed out the Melbourne Shuffle! That one's apparently been around for ages but now it's just catching on.. That video above shows it off, but some people go right the off the deep end when doing it - Youtube it, and you'll see what I mean.
