Man streaks in front of Queen in Newcastle

Did anyone see this on the news?
I saw the Queen open one of the metro stations. I didn't see the streaker though.
Typical North Eastern hospitality :D She's in Darlo today, no doubt Ste has something up his sleeve :D
Streaker dashes in front of Queen's car in Newcastle
A male streaker has run in front of the Queen's Rolls-Royce in Newcastle.
The young man bared his all to the royal visitor and the Duke of Edinburgh.
Onlookers said the Queen and Duke would have seen the streaker's back view as he appeared to pose for photographers in the crowd.
The naked man was led away by police.
The Queen was on her way to unveil a statue of Cardinal Basil Hume, a native of Newcastle, close to the city's Central Station.
The streaker was pounced on by at least four police officers and forced to lie face down, spread-eagled on the ground.
He was kept on the roadside, covered in coats and anoraks, before being taken to a local police station.
It had been a day of the unexpected for the Queen who earlier made a rare slip when addressing local dignitaries in Gateshead.
She misread her speech and said she was in the North West when, in fact, she was in the North East. |

Me mam saw the video of it on the News.
