| Why, when I try to change mine to a new one, I either get "too many pixels" or "excedes 25000MB"? How can I change my pictures to fit these perameters? |

just use a image editing program to resize it to 100x100
i use imagewell which is free (don't know if it is for pc though)
but i am sure there are several others out there |
