Archos Jukebox Mp3 Player

wanting to get a Mp3 player for some time now and wondering if any of you heard of this or know of anything better. specs are here : http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...indexURL=0&rd=1
there is also a 40 gig out there but more rare. anyone know where i can get a good deal buying this? so far nothing can top this that i kow of with its features and memory. |

Button Lock: On or Off
EAX Settings:
Environment: Auditorium, Bathroom, Cathedral, Concert Hall, Garage, Indoor Arena, Jazz Club, Living Room, Opera House, Small Room, and Theater
Time Scale: 50X, .75X, 1.00X, 1.25X, and 1.50X. This feature adjusts the speed of the recording without changing the pitch. While it is not particularly useful with music, though it is pretty entertaining, it is convenient if you are trying to listen to a recorded lecture, interview, etc.

I have the Archos 6000 Mp3 player, the 6 gig version, very good piece of kit! I chose it over that above, as its size, the archos does weigh a little, im not gona be a salesman here coz i went into great lengths before buying an mp3 player. it works as a hardrive, so just copy all ur tunes onto it, the transfer is 1 meg/sec, so live sets can take a few mins, the fast forward function is bull, (pause and fastforward, still takes forever) it is small enough to fit in ur pocket, but not if u intend on walking around town, if u shove it on a desk it wonderful, has all ur music and just sits and plays! knowing what i no how, i would still buy it, its the best out there, the only other alvternative really is the above, it may be a little lighter, but its too wide and big for me.
