I hope you guys get what im saying...
Ok, so I have 2 live sets saved. I'm trying copy a Midi "section" from 1 set to the other live set. When I copy and paste, from 1 set to the other, only the Midi File(the patterns of my kick, drums) itself copies over... none my devices, VSTs, or drum machines copy over. I've done it before, but I can't figure it out!@!
Please help |

1. Group device chain
2. Save
3. Import in new project |

I grouped & exported the midi clip.
I couldn't seem to find the import midi button,
so I dragged it in and still same thing happens |

You need to drag the Alc file you saved from the sidepane to the main window. This'll bring across all setting etc.
You don't actually need to save the file at all. You can just view the project it came from originally in the sidepane browser and then expand it in there and find the track you want and drag and drop it. |
