I have BT's CD's as well as almost everything Tiësto's mixed or produced.

I noticed something weird at a friends house the other day. He was totally "oooooh I have some old Tiësto for you.... under the alias 2 Phat s he did this track called Ride" ... and then he played BT & Sasha - Ride ... i recognized it right away as it is a favorite of mine... I went home and did some checking up on the subject... turns out Tiësto did indeed do a track called Ride under the Alias 2 Phat s ... does anyone know the sound of this track... is it indeed the same track as BT & Sasha or was that simply a question of a badly labeled media at my friend house?

Thanks,
JaPeX

Yes, it's amazing and can be found on Movement In Still Life.. the standard editions of the album have only an edited version (4:56), Hong Kong edition's CD2 has a longer version (6:55), but the complete version (about 8:35 if i remember right) is quite hard to get hold of..

OFF COURSE 2PHATS IS BT!!! My bad you guys.... don't know how i got so confused! :D

Thanks for clearing it up anyway!

I've just bought BT R&R so now my BT collection is complete with regards to Albums... man I hate specially imported music pricing... had to pay $40 for it... but hey - it's BT and it's worth it!

I have all the BT albums too.. and about 99% of the singles. I've been a BT fan since Embracing The Sunshine and especially after i heard Sasha's remix of it.. aaahh.. just excellent.
breakdown
if anyone seeks the vinyl

it is released on Yooshi Records

also comes up on BT's Renaissance Singapore and probably a few others

I have 2 versions of "The ride".
One is in the album "Movement..." and the other is in a compilation called "Plastic Recordings Vol.2". This version is earlier and is longer than the other (7 or 8 min).
The version of the album is a little modified.
I think the complete version of "the ride" is in the CD2 of the limited edition of "Movement...", but i dont have it.
Cheers
