thanx for the replies.
to be honest, it has nothing to do with being cheap or immoral. I seriously only need them for a couple days, and then would have no use for them. (so paying $100 for that) And i didn't think you could rent them. (since blockbuster doesn't rent systems) ie. going this route was the only thing i thought possible under the circumstances. |

honestly...i would do the same thing.
i would just go to wal-mart and ask what the resturn policy is on those if opened...they will tell you. |

Realistically it has everything to do with being cheap and immoral. Do you think businesses would ever stay in business if people just kept buying things that they needed for a day or two and then returned them?? You have no justified reason to be returning the controllers, they wouldn't be defective nor did you buy the wrong thing. There's a reason why businesses have rules with return policies (regardless of how easy you can "get away with something")
The better solution would be to ask around to see if you could borrow some from a friend. |
