Last Friday from 10 am to 3 pm I
1) Had to stay home because blinds were being installed and someone had to be home
2) Stood on a piece of glass with bare feet.
3) My mobile phone broke so I couldn't call anyone
4) Internet wasn't working because the ISP was being gay
5) Locked my keys in my car
6) Couldn't find the foxtel remote
7) Didn't want to eat what was in the fridge or cupboard but couldn't drive anywhere (view #5)
8) Had a bad headache
9) Ran out of washing detergent so I couldn't do my washing because there was nothing else to do
10) I was bored as
So yeah, my last friday sucked. |

fact #1, it's 11:12pm and i'm STILL sitting at my desk at work...been here since 8:30am.
#2 - i just ate chinese food and feel disgusting
#3 - don't think i'll get a cab home because of all those theater freaks AND can't find forms for car service
#4 - someone else is here and listening to country music out loud
#5 - lazy people disgust me

1. I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and sent home within the hour, only to find out a week later that I'd broken the largest bone in my body.
2. I was an all-conference athlete in college.
3. I don't really know anything about US politics, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
4. I often wish I had a British accent.
5. I didn't drink until I turned 21, but I have certainly made up for it since.
6. I've never done any type of non-prescription drug.
7. I haven't listened to trance in years.
8. I don't know anybody else who lives in my zip code.
9. I'm ambidextrous.
10. While I study I sometimes turn on CSPAN for background noise. |

Both are mildly shocking - though I do know of another who is pursuing politics as a career who has abstained from any and all drug use in an effort to keep her closet clear of skeletons.

Hehe, I know, I'm something of an anomaly. But I've never really been tempted either. I'm just turned off by the idea of smoke in general, whether cigar, cigarette, etc., and I have no real desire to try anything harder. I've always been able to have plenty of fun without, so I figure why bother?
And I don't know about the politics thing - I kind of doubt I'll ever actually get involved in that stuff. It's more of a hobby. |

Hey man - I am not one of these kids who thinks people just should try drugs or booze for the sake of trying them. If it just doesn't appeal to you, count yourself as lucky - seemingly innocuous vices can be impossible to break. |

3. I still listen to some trance mostly the techier stuff but now i'm all about MINIMAL

Keeping with the theme of the last couple of posts...
01. I felt the same way about drugs and drinking. I changed my stance a while ago on drinking, but didn't get high for the first time until three weeks ago. I'm 20.
02. I have a terrible fear of death and almost had a nervous breakdown once because of it. I do fine if I keep myself busy, but if I'm ever bored for more than a day or two it beings to set in again until I do something to take my mind off of it.
03. My regular sleep schedule is 5AM-1PM, and I don't work nights.
04. I love it when my room is clean, but cannot for the life of me keep it clean for more than a few days. At that point, it will be very messy for a few weeks.
05. I used to be into Rap when I was 12. I own The Chronic 2001 and The Marshall Mathers LP... the censored versions.
06. I went through a Britney Spears phase shortly after that. My walls were worse than a twelve year-old girl who's obsessed with N-Sync.
07. That is the first time I have ever admitted that publicly.
08. I can recall exactly what people were wearing, how their hair was done, and various objects in the surrounding area, even back from around when I was five. We've dug out old family photos to corroborate it.
09. I've only ever traveled up and down the west coast of North America and Mexico. Well, aside from one trip to Alberta, Canada.
