CDT files: What's their use if you already have CUE files?

This is something I've been wondering about for the longest (since someone mailed me 2 CDs of MP3 sets). What do CDT files (which are used ONLY for CD-TEXT information) have that CUE files don't? Remember, you can put a lot (all?) of the CD-TEXT information in a CUE file but, what CAN'T you put in it? Here's what I know: CDT files are used with CDRWIN version 4.0A (How do you do this for version 5?) and they allow you to put the CD-TEXT information into fields like on a webpage, as opposed to manually following the structure of a CUE file (what's so hard about this?). Here's more of what I DON'T know: Are CDT files used in other CD burning programmes? If so, which ones and where else besides CDRWIN can I make the CDT files? Has anyone on here used them before and can explain it in technical terms?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
