pink floyd uses a vengeance essential club sound fx sample in their production "have a cigar". heard first is the vengeance sample...then the pink floyd song containing the sample. quite interesting stuff... wonder if they paid the vengeance guy for the sample...

thats just a pitched noize full of resonance that can be made in 2 minutes with like 80% of any old analog synth...
and do you really think vengence was around in the 70's when the song was originally made? |

| yeah how can pink floyd use vengeance when vengeance wasn't even born then i mean that song was out in 1975. When it was all hardware that made these sounds not emulators. |

Of course, yes! Thats for what the sounds are for. With the purchase of a soundset/sampleCD, you obtain all rights to use them as you want. BUT: If you have not acquired the soundset/sampleCD in a legal way, you are not possessing this right!!!
