Not sure how Steve will react to me posting this, but I felt the need to let the TXTA's know, as many of us have become good friends over the course of the last few years and communicate through this board until we see each other on the weekends.
Steve's father is not doing well right now, and may have already passed away today from complications from a lung transplant he had early last week.
Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers today.

Thank you Matt for posting this. Truly you keep showing me what a good friend you've become.
I type this with tears and a heavy heart today. My dad passed away last night at 7:08pm. Our entire family was there holding him when he took his last breath. I thank all of you for your kind words and appreciate your considerations. I know some of you have lost parents and know what this feels like. My dad and I had a very special relationship and were more best friends that anything else. I am just thankful to have had him as long as I did. Thanks again to all of you. Take care.
