don't bother
first (and only) time i saw it i was sober, and holy was it terrible. like painfully terrible. however, i can see how it would be amazing stoned. when you're stoned, things are a lot lot lot funnier. and quite literally everything in this movie was ever-so-slightly funny. so sober, it was just not funny, but stoned, literally everything would be hilarious. so sober, don't bother. stoned, probably good though |

It was ok, but to call it one of the greatest movies of all time leads me to think you have not seen many good movies in your life. It isn't even the best Happy Madison production. Greatest stoner flick = Cheech and Chong , Up In Smoke.
The best part about this was Aphex Twin - Windowlicker. |

That's not true. I thought it was horrible and I was destroyed during the whole thing.
The only scenes that were even remotely funny involved the kid who plays Terry on Reno 911 - everything else was just awful, even by stoner movie standards. |

This movie hit all the right notes if you ask me. very, very, very laid back production values, and a very likable set of characters. I dont know anyone that didnt enjoy it. Seen it many times, and every additional time its just as enjoyable.
On that note, the recently released Happy Madison production...Strange Wilderness, avoid that, and just watch this again. |
