So I grabbed and listened to this for the first time in full last night but by the time I was done with it was too tired to leave any feedback - though I'll say now that I see what all the fuss is about, it's quite an excellent mix of deep, prog, and tech house that flows really, really well. Great to see such talent coming out of the Midwest.

The beginning here was great, excellent flow, solid mixing, atmospheric intro section without being boring, and from the Kleijn tune to GA I was definitely grooving.

This section, however, is the one I would be most critical of. It isn't that it's mixed poorly, but it gets a little bit ADD in this section for a bit, and for one reason or another I was just put off a bit by the placing of the Nunzi and Horrevortz tunes. No big deal, still good stuff.

The ending here was quite nice though - the House Moguls and 16BL remixes are so ace, and I hadn't heard Joey Negro in ages.

Yeah, lemme know next time in you're in the Twin Cities. I know we've been at the same party before (Luke Fair @ Foundation last April). So it'd be nice to meet another Mid-West TA. |
