It expired on my 24th bday was which was on March 2nd..sent away for my new ID a month ago and still haven't gotten it.

Think I should go to the DMV tomorrow for a temp ID? Vanguard still hasn't called me back, so I don't know if they'll let me pick up my ticket (will call), let alone allow me into the club with an expired driver's license.

Generally clubs don't take expired IDs. It might work in combination with a temp if you are lucky, but probably not as a guy.

damn, even if i pre purchased a ticket, and it's on will call?
JoNMiTz
i got into vanguard with a 2 year expired ID that wasnt me, so yes
broiler
do you have a passport?

Dang..that's a good idea..I'm waiting for that in the mail as well. I'm screwed.

Safest route will be to go to the DMV....get printout of your license, dont know if you will have to pay or not, if they dont have your mail sent renewal in their system you'll have to pay. Printout + Old ID will get you in.

just go in the morning and get a regular id instead of a drivers license.

As stated above, go into the DMV and just renew your license. They will give you a print-out "temp license" which you can use in conjunction with your old license until the new one arrives.

You can pick up your "will-call" ticket with the credit card that you used, that shouldn't be a problem. Getting in the club is different. As others have mentioned, go to the DMV just don't turn in yout expired license to them if they still ask for it.

Thanks for all the help, guys..I actually did get in on my expired license. ID man didn't even mention it.
