What is the strangest thing you eat? (pg. 5)

when i buy kfc i never eat it hot. I put it straight in the fridge then make chicken salad with (with skin).
-1 minced red onion
-a few minced sweet dill pickles
-minced jalapenos
-mayo
-touch of dijon mustard
-touch of cumin
-salt and pepper
Toasts Ciabata bread (12 grain)
serve with swiss, tomato and baby spinach

yeah the weird part isn't so much the recipe, but the looks you get putting a fresh bucket of chicken in the fridge without eating a piece.

| raw mushrooms, raw cauliflower and freshly picked kidney beans. Apparently the beans are poisonous until cooked, maybe a good job i only kinda munch on the green bit then throw them over the neighbours fence (or when i was younger) |

yeah, that would never work in our house. :p
not too strange, but one of my favorite snacks when i was a kid was plain popcorn (made in our old school 70's-mustard-yellow-colored popcorn popper) with melted butter & peanut butter drizzled over it. i'm fairly certain that you can invent any kind of "strange" snack with peanut butter and it will always be delicious. |
