banned email address on studio central community

| Ive just tried to join the studio central community and been told when registering that my email address has been banned. Since Ive never joined the community, I am a little perplexed:confused: Have I done some thing wrong or does my email address correspond to someone who got banned? Your help wd be appreciated:) My email address is [email protected] |

| If you're using googlemail.com, they've most likely banned the entire domain name. It's not uncommon for free email providers to be taboo on some websites. |

I'd very much doubt in this day in age that gmail would be banned from being registerd. It is possible but highly unlikely. You are instantly removing millions of potential customers as many people use gmail & hotmail accounts these days as their primary personal email address because it can be accessed from anywhere in the world, can still be used if you change jobs and has massive storage capabilities.
I more say the "unknown" in your address has maybe flagged up something.
And if gmail has been banned, you can bet hotmail has been banned. It's 10 times worse for spam!! |
