Whats up guys...
My friend is renting out a room in his apartment for March 26-31, during the WINTER MUSIC CONFERENCE(WMC) !! It's a great location (10 minute walk from all the hotspots on Collins or $5 cab ride) and at a great price(600 total). Room is big enough for 2 people and has a queen sized bed in it. Keep in mind that there are no hotels available anymore and if you are lucky enough to get into a room in a hotel, it'll easily cost you 400+ a night.
You get a pool, satellite TV, wireless and a great view of the bay from the 10th floor. There are 2 other people that will be in the apartment -both easy going dudes, one from spain.
I was originally going to stay here but found another place where my friends and I could all stay comfortably.
