Sleep with it softly in the background for two weeks. It will naturally begin to your dreams up, and you will have some of the most vivid, memorable and totally "out-there" dreams you will ever have.
For what it's worth, the last time I did it (and the reason I haven't done it in a while) I woke up in the middle of the night and was convinced that I had died (I woke up right before I would've died in the dream) and was in the afterlife. Over the course of about five minutes I freaked out that I was dead, became happy that there was an afterlife, then realized that I was, in fact, awake. I immediately turned it off and haven't slept with it on ever since.
I highly suggest it. |
Yeah, see, you have some sort of reverie/death complex that can be easily induced by sleep though. hahaha
I mean your extreme fear of death and all of that... most people don't have that at most waking hours and situations like you do. Not that there's nothing to fear, it just seems like your psychological barriers are broken, barring you from ignoring its pangs at the most logical of moments. Now tell me about your relationship with your mother... |

Haha, yeah. Try and imagine the joy that went through my head when I thought I was actually in an afterlife. Then the huge let-down (and happiness, because I still wanted to have a full "life") when I realized that I was actually still alive.
That was the fifth time I've done the whole "two week Drone Zone" thing, though. Every other time its been pretty random and not death related at all.
Oh, and my mommy used to touch me...
... on my hand when she'd trim my fingernails. :o
(I've been doing great with the whole death thing the last couple of weeks, lets not turn it around! :p) |

My mother used to trim my fingernails with a curved pair of scissors when I was quite young. It was quite uncomfortable. Why she didn't just use nail clippers, I do not know. She always asserted it gave a cleaner cut, but I think she was just a sadist... or an overbearing exerter of ah it I don't even know where I Was going with this I HATE YOU MOMMY WHY DONT YOU TRIM MY FINGERNAILS ANY MORE?????ea!#@ EWQEf
But yeah, really, Jake - do they do UAs at your work? Because you should realllllllly start taking substances to help your conscious mind cope with that whole death fear thing.
//oh, ok, I wasn't actually concerned I suppose, as I know you can deal with your problems perfectly fine all on your own... but you should just know it's really irrational to live your life to the fullest while being afraid of the end's implications. :o |

| No, I know it's irrational and not normal. Forgive my French, but it's 4 (damnit, it really should be 3) in the morning and I worked 11 hours straight, so what's a UA? I've actually been thinking about getting on some sort of substance that would help with the problem. |

LOL, never did that.
Me and philliez were trippin to the drone zone and we were like, "This is like the death metal of progressive EDM." It's so hardcore ambient. Listening to it sober might be boring for most. But on LSD, it will definately make the trip more enjoyable, especially if one is feeling bad or freaking out. Some people can't handle the LSD trip.
Speaking of which, what happened to Psy-T??:stongue: |

Yeah. :wtf:
Not only is it uber relaxing, and imo, already trippy from the time you lay in bed... I had the longest, most detailed, and craziest dream I've had in a WHILE. Even when I woke up, around the time that you just lay in bed waiting on a good time to rise out of the covers, I saw things like people cheering to the Mexican presidential elections.(There was an announcer that sounded like the guy from Ninja Warrior) :wtf:
Yeah... especially since I was madd tense last night, this worked tenfold.
Do it! |

i had dreams that i was carving into the centre of my skull with a butter knife until i reached the centre and ripped out a chunk of my brain for my stoner buddy since he needed a brain transplant.. very vivid i woke up and nearly threw up
another dream i had was my friend was butchered in a supermarket and i was looking for him in the meat section of the supermarket.. found him in human sized vertical slices pacakged as bacon.. very fuked up |
