I did a search and couldn't find anything on this.

"Emotional, noisy, trippy, weird, and sexual," is how Ellen Allien describes her new mix for BPitch Control's Boogybytes series. Boogybytes Vol.4 arrives this month.
Frau Allien's mix follows on from efforts from BPC staffers Kiki, Sascha Funke, and Modeselektor, and like those volumes, her mix is firmly planted in the club. Allien mixes up her favourite tracks from Ricardo Villalobos, Melchior Productions and Gaiser as well as newcomers Melon and Lucio Aquilina in between more kooky selections such as a spoken word intro from Berlin spoken poet AGF and the ballad 'Twice' from Swedish indie-pop quartet Little Dragon. The cover of the CD is another head-turning snap by photographer Axl Jansen as part of his "shaky heads" series.

| after listening to little dragon - twice again, I swear I have heard this on some other mixed cd and not the single of it. maybe I am just imagining it though. |

Ellen's sets usually are sexy, groovy, deep... i love her style.
But, this isn't that much.
The series are great though. |

Sadly... there was an error on the tracklisting, it is indeed Magic M the one she played.
Still a nice disc so far... interesting to say the least, although I was expecting more. |
