I have an interview with a really good job, but I need to send a questionnaire first. Anyways the typical question came up of name your two strengths and two weaknessess in the workplace. I can't think of anything to write any suggestions? (Is there any human resource people here ) :D

Yeah no kidding. If you don't have an answer for this, perhaps you aren't the right person for the job. Oi.

Wait wait, I've got it:

Weakness: I don't know myself well enough to discern what my strengths and weaknesses are.

you actually never want to be the one to point out your own weaknesses, that is really for your employer to figure out for themselves with the rest of an interview and you also want to make your weaknesses sound good. (ie: I have troubles saying no when people need work done or need help... that shows you are a hard worker, but can still be placed as a weakness)

may be much harder to achieve that with a questionnaire though.

Thats a lot worse than a weakness, it can be considered a liability as the interviewer may think that you are someone who can be taken for granted and when push comes to shove, you will be so overwhelmed with tasks that you may either not end up completing the ones initially assigned to you or you may not be able to complete the work that others delegated to you making you accountable for it so in either case you are screwed....

My personal opinion is that you should state your weaknesses in a way that they stem out of what you would consider your strengths and can still deciphered as a positive trait that can be perfected with a little mentoring:

something along the lines of - One problem that I see in myself is that I have a habit of treating each task with equal importance even if others might consider some of the work a little mundane and this sometimes leads to me being labeled as impatient.
