your elite reaps the benefits of having a large undocumented population that gets paid peanuts compare to having a legal worker and having to cover the costs of health insurance and other stuff. Plus one of the worse trade aggrements for Mexico has been the legal use of american corporations to use mexican railroads for a price that hasn't changed since the 19th century. |

I hate Glenn Beck, but he is right. Illegal Mexicans are a drain on America, sending home billions of dollars, taking advantage of social services they don't pay for. Get the f*ck out or come here legally.
Not only that, but I'de also like a streamlining of the INS, so immigrating isn't so hard. Additionally, we can do without a lot of social programs which are unaffordable, especially when non-citizens steal from them. If we didn't have a "daddy" state, we wouldn't have to worry about immigrants in the first place.
I would like to see immigration, but we cannot have large scale immigration if we have this "daddy" state, or the red tape of the INS. |

Oh yea? How so? They don't have a social security number. The IRS does not know they are working. That's why they are called "undocumented". They pay taxes, MY ASS....What, do they also file tax returns???:rolleyes:
Listen dude, I don't care if your people want to leave their homeland by the millions to come here. But it's not fair to us citizens of the US to have to take care of these illegal aliens with OUR OWN TAXES!! |

inmigrants also pay rent, water bills, power bills, insurance, etc
i agree they take some advantage of the environment and social services made & managed by americans but is not like inmigrants are there for free |

Paying bills was not my point. Free hospital stays, food stamps, worker's compensation, etc. was. Duh, they pay household bills; but so does everyone else. We also have to pay up to house your criminals who cross the border and commit crimes here in the US. Thanks a lot Mexico. ;)
And no, they don't file tax returns, because they don't have a social security number!! |

The number you're referring to is the ITIN - Individual Taxpayers Identification Number. I have one because I am a tax preparer and we have to either put our SSN or ITIN. Well, I don't like my SSN on other people's tax returns, so that's why I enter in my ITIN.
You are right in that illegals can obtain an ITIN to show they pay taxes. BUT, most illegals are paid "under the table", and so many don't have W2 forms to file with IRS. The reason the illegals are paid under the table is because businesses have to hide the fact they are hiring illegals. This is where you are wrong. If an illegal chooses to pay taxes, they risk being caught by the INS. Now, how many illegals do you think would want to take that risk? Basically none. |

agreed. beck's delivery sucks on most issues, but he's usually pretty good on logic, unlike many other conservative commentators.
