sorry bro but im not a in computer nerd like some of you. So even if you told me it was an R2-D2 Error, I wouldnt get the star wars reference.

I'd reckon it's likely a simple dodgy connection from the motherboard to the port. Or even one dodgy port bringing down the rest.

Send it to a laptop fixing person.

lol. Ok, look under system in the control panel, and go to hardware tab. Look at the device manager list and see if u see little exclamation points next to your USB buses. If u do, see if u can turn them back or see of u really do have the drivers installed under the driver signing tab. I had an issue with USB buses on my laptop and it turned out the drivers got corrupted somehow. Reinstalling them manually in that same area fixed the problem.
