i'm sorry, i hate donald glaude. some people may like him, but I and most of the people I know dont like him. I'm not going to pay $150 for someone like him. if the tickets cost so damn much i expect some real talent.
i'm getting really frustrated because I had such high hopes that EDC would be as good as last year, and then I saw the ticket prices and assumed it would be MUCH better, and with someone like donald glaude, it just wont cut it for me.
just my opinion, of course :P |

| even if glaude is booked theres 2-3 other stages :happy2: its like me saying im not going to 1015 just because i dont like the front rooms hip hop yet theres 2-3 other rooms with house, trance :happy2: |

yeah... i know. im just upset because i had such high hopes :(
edit: what i mean is last year i pretty much wanted to see every single person there, so... im overreacting but yeah.. |

totally understood... i would probably be upset too if i had such a high hope. to be honest i was a bit disappointed at last year EDC's main stage too (Oakenfold, Above&Beyond, Infected Mushroom).. I was expecting a lot better (esp. looking at the WMC Ultra past weekend) at least with all the 5 stages... and keep in mind that EDC is supposedly the biggest one of the year in LA (30,000+ people), i expect world-class line ups.
bottom line, I think insomniac should do a better job in recruiting world-class DJs... it feels to me that they procrastinate too much, kind of like "How Sweet It Is" where most of the DJs are locals except ATB. |

I'll be very happy if the line up similar ASOT300 in Netherlands.. Aly&Fila, Sean Tyas, Meno De Jong Markus Schulz, and Armin..
or.. sub Meno De Jong with A&B or Sander van Doorn....:stongue:

Sean Tyas, yes, yes, yes.. this would be great! I'd love to also see some names like Talla 2XLC and Yoji Biomehanika.. That would really rock my world if I could see them at a massive without traveling to Europe.
and yes a return for Above and Beyond would be highly appreciated.
can't wait to find out who's playing. |

Last year regular tix sucked...stood in long line at the entrance and finally got in. Got our own football field to walk around on and the bars were right there. Expensive bar, mosh pit lines 30 minute wait (at least!) and they let you take 2 drinks with you (which spilled all over trying to get out of the mosh pit line, so at least you had one drink in the end).
On the plus side, bathroom lines were never an issue since the venue is built for at least 10,000 people to be there. On the negative side, they were filthy! :nervous: |
