Will this house is in Montana and is near my home town and my job site. So not any where near Adirondacks and all Barbina lol. Adirondacks are in Northern New York if I recall right. Will I had these photo digital mastered and all once had took because of my wife wanted it done or I would had em up 1/2 week ago. Will I got the house on a shortly sale because of the previous owners kicked the bucket in auto wreck on I-90 with a semi tractor trailer in Idaho.

So the house was worth about $350,000.00 I got it for $155,000.00. Because the bank had it up for short sale terms for 2 weeks and if no taker at that price then it would went on foreclosure terms. It wasn't announced in the papers for that price and all I just happen to stumble upon it when I was in real estate agent office browsing. That was handling viewing for the local bank because they where short staffed.

The furniture for the house was on in storage and paid for and the bank threw that in with deal for a extra $3,000.00 so we jump on that offer to. The owners just had it built and all and when they kicked bucket and never got to move in. So not sure how much they had left on payments to home building loan they had for it. So in all I payed $160,000.00 with short sale terms, furniture and then paying $2,000 to the contractor to finish of what what wasn't done.

I will talk to wife about a rave there KiNeTiC ENeRgY and will go from there.

I'm no real estate expert but I would wager that house is worth ALOT more than 355k. If I bought that house for 160k I would immediately put back on the market and sell it for 500k. It looks like a fantastic house and all but, at that price, it would better serve to flip and make some cash IMO.

It looks like its in the middle of nowhere, in Montana. Maybe houses/land are a lot cheaper there?
