| I have never been to Milwaukee, how is parking around the venue? Will I be able to find a street parking spot close to the venue like I always do by Congress for example? |

the area around the Rave is ghetto. you can pay for parking in front or back [small lots] or you can find a spot on the nearby streets [DON'T GO TO FAR INTO THE NEIGHBORHOODS]. I usually park out front of the bank down the street or way East on the main road [Wisconsin Ave] because its less risky.
also, you're pretty guarnteed to have some random black guy ask you for change...if you're lucky, a complete crazy will bother you as well. |

| It can be a little spotty, but it is very residential, so yeah, a lot like the Congress. You just have to keep driving until you find something, and be willing to walk a little. Of course carpooling always helps, as does arriving early . . . |

Sounds pretty good then, very similar to Congress actually, especially in the regard of staying on the main roads. I don't mind a quick walk on a lit up major street. I have had bad luck with those ghetto small ally paid parking lots so I would much rather just park on a main street.
Btw is there any info on the times? Does Kraftwerk go right on at 8 pm or is there an opener? How long is the concert? |
