Sounds easy enough - could you elaborate a little more please? For instance, where do I get the software you mention from...

Yes, all hail the "global culture", the Americanisation of the world :p

(I'm still holding out, see I spell it "globalise")

Why ANYONE would pay for an mp3 is beyond me. You get low qudio quality for a start and no physical product (I think artwork / sleevenotes are great, and add to the quality of the release).

Download, download my friends! And if you like someone's work, go to their gigs, buy a tshirt from them or something, donate them a couple of dollars.... just never ever, buy a mp3.

???

The music is the product, no?

How ignorant are you gumble?
gumble
Yes, but its not at a quality that I'm happy to pay for.

I'm obviously very ignorant......

I download everything first and then if I really like the album, I buy it on cd or vinyl... I also try and see the bands and artists I like, live.

I don't know why there is a need to arc up when I present a perfectly valid point: you are buying a sub-optimal format.

I love [properly encoded] mp3s, they are extremely versatile. If it wasn't for downloads, I'd never of found a heap of my now favourite artists. I'm sure that they are happy that I now support them, even though I've not paid for their work initially.

How about you guys logically process my points before acting all supreme.

Hey Mate, The Matt Darey restriction was actually Beatport's fault! There was only a restriction for USA & Canada set on the release because its licensed to another label there, but some how their systems set a restriction on almost all territories. Its fixed now though. ;)
