Hopefully by the time I make it to this, I'll still have enough juice to last longer! Barely made it to last year's.

Anyone staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Washington St?? Or anyone been there before and have any reviews on it??

Picked that hotel since it seemed relatively close (within walking distance) from Hart Plaza and since it was decently priced too!!

OMG so excited now!!!!! :toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless

BEST. HOTEL. EVER.! (imo) :)

COMPLETELE Shenanigans. I was walking ALL OVER that place w/ open alcohol! they care not. from LOUD drunken drug-searching fests in the hallways at 3am w/ 25 misc ppl to anything below or above that level, they care not there.

Thats why its best ever! Such a great choice... where we stayed last year.

lol, you make the hotel sound like a free for all...

the hotel was super great, awesome location. which was perfect for going back throughout the day and doing rounds of shots. Also they were pretty lenient with afterparties... and overall it was a pretty nice hotel too!

wish i was going to this again.... . :(:(:( by far one of the best wknds of 2007!!

I think the fact that you have a 3 day house music party happening inside your hotel is probably a good sign.

See this flyer for details: 3 Days of House

I call not being in Liams car!

Even though it used to be free, I think it's worth saying that $40 for a weekend pass for a festival of this caliber is unbelievably cheap.

I was looking at the VIP pass, and I think that would probably be worth it depending on how much you were planning on drinking. You get 15 complimentary drink tickets, and each drink after that is $5. I remember beers last year being $7-8 each. That is pricey, but kind of understandable considering how cheap the entrance is. If I was going, I'd get the VIP pass I think.

Even though I'm not going, I'm going to have fun and make up a schedule anyway :P :

Saturday:

6:00-7:30 Justin Long
7:00-9:00 Zip/Peanut Butter Wolf
9:00-9:30 Alex Under
9:30-11:00 Stacey Pullen
11:00-12:00 Moby (seeing Moby in the bowl will be epic)

Sunday:

12:00-2:00 Mathew Hawtin
5:00-6:30 Lawnchair Generals
6:30-8:00 Paco Osuna
8:00-9:00 Magda
9:00-10:00 Farina
10:00-11:00 Richie Hawtin
11:00-12:00 Carl Craig*

If you haven't seen Richie @ DEMF before, not one second of his set is to be missed IMO. However, I've never seen Carl Craig before and have seen Richie many times, so I would check Carl Craig out.

Monday:

4:00-5:30 David Squillace (interesting that this guy got booked!)
5:30-7:00 Lee Burridge
7:00-9:00 Josh Wink/Cobblestone Jazz/Paul Ritch
9:00-11:00 Kevin Saunderson and possibly Dubfire
11:00-12:00 Speedy J

It's interesting that this year they seem to be doing the big day on the Sunday instead of the Monday like last year.

It has to be said again: make sure you all see Richie in the Beatport tent!!!!! You will not be disappointed.
