Well i had the most amazing night! i belive paul was excellent and chose his tracks well he started hard then took it dow a level with very vocal tracks then lifted it up to finish with hard driving melodic trance stormers!!

i even got a handshake lol :) such a nice fellow

i think my reply would b something along the line of the perth review (pretty average first two hours, topped up during the last).. and the vibe didn't seem to b as great as when judge jules played there about 1-2 months ago. that said, some of the tracks he dropped were great (similar to tracks he dropped in perth)... and first time i heard "for an angel" spun live :)

jeronemango
did he play the new marcoV remix of

energy 52 = cafe del mar
Adjacent_raver
PvD in Sydney = ing amazing

he is the best DJ in the world
webmeister
WOW!!!!!!!!

That was the best set I have heard seen live. All the new PvD tracks were there ..
the new untitled one he dropped at Gatecrasher NEC
PvD vs City - Suzann
Space Brothers - Everywhere I Go (PvD rework)

If you want an idea of the tracklisting, grab his sets from Knebworth, Rosenmontags 02, Gatecrasher NEC and Mayday, combine all the best bits into one .. and that's what he spun last night.

I actually thought the vibe of the crowd was pretty good, but there were too many people on the floor of the main arena. I was about 3 rows back in the centre when PvD took to the decks, and it was more like a mosh pit than a nightclub. It was just that packed.

But still .. waaay better than last year..

ack forgot to mention .. what did everyone else think of PvD's mixing?

I only noticed one total trainwreck .. there were a few slipups and slight galloping beats, but aside from that I thought he was pretty much spot on...
Chewy
