Firstly, I'm not a Brit.
But then you are American so the only countries you know are probably yours, Mexico (aka that place where stuff if cheap and people talk funny), Canada (aka that place where people talk funny) and England (aka that place where
people talk funny).
Secondly, HERES A ING SOLUTION, DON'T TURN ON THE ING HOT WATER TAP.
turn on the cold water tap, wash hands, leave. Is it that ing hard to work out? Why do you need to turn on the hot water tap at all? |

I hate that too. But to stop the spread of legionnaire disease you need to have the water above 65C. Doesn't stop the bastards mixing it with cold just before the tap... but they don't. :mad:
Also they always have two taps with no mix. :mad:

EDIT: Could be worse, in Madrid they just don't wash them. I be honest I would have felt cleaner just pissing myself rather than using their toilets. |
