I know some of you guys don't seem to like him that much, but PvD closed with Time of Our Lives.
I thought it was pretty good to get everyone to sing along, and wind down a good night. Maybe it just works for him...gotme |

PVDs closed hundreds of sets with that, it's gotten a bit stale to be honest.

Saw the Chems close with "The Golden Path". Was brilliant. This has been a great thread, lots of great suggestions. Like I said, this all started as a friendly argument between friends. I, as earlier stated, said I would lean towards an old classic (like my New Order or Solar Stone recommendations). My friend started naming off a lot of things that have been listed here. I am surprised at the small number of "off the beaten path" type track recommendations, I thought there would be a lot more "interesting" (I am not insulting anyone here btw) replies, more tracks that weren't necessarily classic prog or trance. Lots of good stuff though, I totally forgot about Breeder - Twilo Thunder, what a banging track, I had to dust it off a bit.
And I have to give another +1 for...
Actually, the ultimate ending track would require you to duck down below the decks, put on the Daft Punk helmut you've been hiding your whole set, and then pop back up and play Together |
