Need Help Selecting A Amplifier

hey guys, im finally getting my dj setup.. so far i got -

Denon Mixer DN-X1500
Denon Cdj's HS-5500 2x

need to find the right amplifier for these, anyone got a suggestion?

what kind of speakers will you be connecting to said amplifier? why not just buy powered speakers?

i dont got so much knowledge of the hardware yet..

what would be the best amplifier for this setup? :)

ask to get a package price wherever u buy the speakers and they will find a suitable amp for those speakers. but are u planning to have this at home? overkill imo

then u should get another smaller active pair for monitoring i think (just right next to dj mixer for the dj booth).

Me and my friends used to have the craziest house parties with alot of ghetto speakers and a few amps from a pawn shop.

Ideally you want an amp that puts out at least the RMS power your speakers can handle. Go for a good brand like QSC, Crown, etc...
I would look for something about 1000wx2 @ 4ohms since I think those are 4 ohm speakers. You can get something smaller, but I wouldn't go lower than 500x2@4ohms. Those are RMS values not peak values. The more power you get the more headroom you will have for dynamics and it will keep you from running your amplifier too hot and burning your amp/speakers up. Don't skimp on this. Get smaller speakers if you can't afford a proper amp.
