What is a "lesbian vibe"?

So I've asked all my friends and no one can answer. Im a bit desperate for some insight, its been on my mind all day.

My story:

I was in the bathroom at guv and this girl starts talking to me. After a couple minutes she says "Are you a lesbian? I thought you were but now I dont think so." So I say say no and ask why and she replies with "I saw you awhile ago and I thought you had a lesbian vibe" then she walks away.

So Im just curious what is a lesbian vibe?

I dont go out to pick up guys and I smile at both guys and girls, but I dont see what I would do to make me seem like a lesbian

And before anyone says it.... I do not look masculine in ANY way.

maybe she just took your smile the wrong way? I know a lot of guys make that mistake

i think i know what she means by a "lesbian vibe" because i know people that give off a "gay vibe"... such as thesauce23. something about him screams "help! open this closet door and let me breathe!"

Honestly, you'll get all your answers watching "The L-Word" on TV. Anyway, many people have 'gaydar' and know immediately that you are gay before you even know yourself. Anyway I don't know you, but my guess you'll come out within 3 years. Actually, I hope you are not a les, but Bi! :p

Basically the girl that approached you thought you were a lesbian and thought you gave up a 'lesbian vibe' kinda like if you see a guy acting pretty flamboy-ish with his hands waving everywhere and you think he's gay... ask Barbina if you wanna learn more lol :D

Haha! No question about it, I like guys. And although this might not agree with other people opinions; I do not believe in bisexuality. I think its for people who are either confused, or for girls who want to impress other boys. But thats just my thoughts, Im sure lots of others feel differently.

Yeah I have always questioned the validity of bisexuality

It seems that its just a transition stage to coming out of the closet for most people

Ok so my question is: What is the flamboyish version of lesbian behavious? (does that make any sense???)

What kind of behaviour does a "typical" lesbian display? The only lesbians I have ever met have always looked very masculine.

So paging Barbina.... The prettiest lesbian I have ever seen (not in person, but in picture)

Guess you've never attended PRIDE week events? Anyway, generally they are classed in 2 categories:

1. Butches

2. Lipstick lessies
