I've got to put together a CD for a party and like its really hard trying to just make it 1 CD as i can only fit 80mins onto it :(
i'll probably end up making 2 CDs but anyways i need you guys and gals expert opinions =/
the music doesn't have to be strictly trancy it can be anything you can dance to but preferably no hard housey and dark tunes ;) also im not fussed about how old or new the songs are they just have to be ace
i've thought of these tunes so far tell me what you think
1. Space Cowboyz - Die 4 U 5.19
2. Way Out West - Mindcircus (Gabriel And Dresden Club Mix) 9.29
3. Sterzbinsky - Fly Away With Me 8.49
4. The Space Lovers - Space Lover 6.01
5. Amara - Pulse 10.21
6. Moby - Feeling So Real (original) 4.30
dunno what to put next
also does anyone know of a CD writing program that allows you to use a crossfader when you're recording?
i can't find one in Nero |

What kind of party is it going to be? is it for chill? is it for dancing?
for the crossfading part, i suggest using a djing program such as atomixmp3 or mixmeister. There are few other program out there that do it automatically for you, but I forgot the names. look it up on the internet!!! |

With nero, you can choose to crossfade one track with another.
just right click on the song and choose properties. |

| I'd get Atomix MP3 or MixMeister and do it that way. Takes longer but will sound MUCH better. |

never heard of most of those tunes....i had troubles narrowing down tunes to fit onto an 80 min cd many times....then i just end up burning more than one cd though....heh....

its for a dance party but like it needs to build and build then cut out then peak on an UBer high
if that makes any sense.....
ok here's a better description
track 1 has to be an amazing song then track 2 gets better track 3 keeps the tone
track 4 slows track 5 builds again track 6 slower
track 7 onwards destroys the crowd
better?

| Nero lets you cross fade tracks , just over run into each songs , goto each song properties |
