Hey,

Looking for some advice either personal or some good reliable literature via the web i could use in finding a place to move downtown.

Initially I want to rent, this move is mostly based on my gf's work place, which is he yonge & dundas area.

if anywhere outside this area with a decent commute time would be alright to.

I'm moving, and my place will be available May 1.

Just off Yonge on a quiet residential street, 10 minute walk to either Lawrence or York Mills subways, 24hr yonge bus, 25 minutes to downtown.

1 bedroom basement apt in a house, seperate entrance, utilities incl.

Rent $620.

It's a ing steal!

Aha, if I had turned on my brain, I guess I could have figured that out.

Nice one!
The Ear
Sound proof 1 bedrooms are available at High Park Village. The place is owned by Minto corp & is well maintained and very secure.

I lived there for a year and a half, w/ rent at $1050.

It'll take 20 min to subway it & the subway is right there. Know that b/c I used to work at Yonge & College.

Great place, still miss it and it's free bbq pit and swimming pools, but I decided to downsize in prep for buying.

I recommend checking this place out.
