New release from Diverted Recordings see's Eddie Sender tech-it-up!

Eddie Sender - Alternativity
(Original Mix / Jean Luc Remix)
Latest outing following on from Diverted Recording’s slamming “Factoria – Abduction” release for the New Year. “Alternativity” has been in our back log since our Reflected Recording days, with Eddie submitting a two track EP with “Alternativity” and “Genesis”. “Genesis” was snapped up by “Inspired” following Reflected’s fallout and Eddie wanted to showcase the tougher record with Diverted. Good choice Eddie!

This banger is a real techy uplifting treat, with the Original Mix showcasing why Eddie is on the frontline of being one of the future producers to watch out for. Banging, techy and a gorgeous bubbly breakdown, only to whiplash back into a Signum style-esque stomper that is garanteed to shake the foundations of any club! Jean Luc however, gives us his laid back interpretation of a banger, but still with venom, stays very close to the roots of Eddie’s Original Mix with a hint of minimal elements without being too pretentious!

Vicky Devine: "Love both mixes. The Original is my favourite but would support the remix also."

Michael Splint: "Eddie is back! All in all 8/10."

Suzy Solar: "Jean Luc Remix is killer!"

Tom Colontonio: "Support on the Jean Luc rmx. 8/10."

Maarten De Jong: "MASSIVE! Supporting both releases! 10/10!"

Andy Moor: "Jean Luc Rmx For Me!"

Release Date: 31/03/08 :: From all your major CD-R and digital download stores !

eh, decent effort, but i find the original kind of... severe. it's a little annoying, plus the arp thing at the beginning of the sample is clearly a preset. the other remix (whoever it is) is pretty current on the tech trance trends, complete with that annoying ass stab featured in every other tech trance track since 2006. sorry, i respect eddie sender and all, and i do remember liking his last release, but this one just doesn't bring anything new to the table at all.

Fair points here mate - like I say - this was given to me a very long time ago - and has just seen the light of day. Originally - Genesis and Alternativity were going to be an EP back in late 2006 / early 2007 - so its probably aged abit since then! Still - its a nice little filler for your tougher edged trancers.
