Hey everyone, check out my new track, which is still working in-progress (and thus the abrupt ending). I would love to hear feedback and suggestions. Thanks!

Decent start you have here. The sounds are interesting and not very typical, which is a good thing.
A couple criticisms:
The bass sounds kind of thin to me; the kick sounds kind of flat and your bassish sound doesn't have much in the way of lower frequencies, at least to my ears.
About halfway through, you've introduced all your sounds and then the track doesn't do much in the way of development; you just keep the sounds you've already shown us and bring them in and out while varying the melody a little bit toward the end. From about 3:00 - 4:00 it starts to get less interesting to me. |
