Who wants a trancEaddict.com phone??

I created an operator logo that says "trancEaddict.com" for myself and anyone else who is interested! :D
go to:
www.blueskyfrog.com
Log in then go to icon central
then enter this key:
eg320657
download the icon as either Operator logo or Group logo
I think when you sign up at this site - you get some free "bugz" = currency for icons etc
I think it works for overseas customers - depends on who you telco is tho, but only on Nokias. Need an email address too - that way they can send passwords etc - and make sure it really is your phone they are sending to!

| I have a motorola timeport 8767 its coolio it has a color screen so I don't need a tranceddict logo to make it kewl although it would be nice, Swamper I don't believe that it will work with your phone the newer nokias as in the 7100,8200,8800 series I believe |

The operator logo just replaces the:
"YES OPTUS"
or "TELSTRA" thing on your main screen
It works with the:
Nokia 3210, 3310, 5110, 61xx, 62xx, 7110, 82xx, 9110 phones - so I think it will work with yours.
The group icons will work on the :
Nokia 61xx, 62xx, 7110, 82xx, 8850, 9110
So if your phone supports the group icon thing (it shows a different picture for each group - eg workmates/family etc) then it should work with these too |

Well it will work, but it has to be available in Canada to work... They won't SMS a phone in Canada I don't think, I could be wrong :D
But after I moved from Iceland I tried using the logos available from an Icelandic website but it wouldn't work.. Damn Canada and the US are sooooo far behind on Cellular technology.. I miss my Nokia in Iceland :(

cool - this is now a "sticky thread" always wanted one of those!!
I don't know what country the site is based in. - But doesn't an SMS to an overseas phone cost the same as a local one?? I have no idea! |

Acutally its not that I was worried about, its entering your cell phone number and country code... Would the website accept such a long phone number.... SMS would be sent VIA internet so I don't think that would be a problem.

He man, is it possible to put that logo in a post. Then I can use a data-cable to put it in my phone. It doesn't work for me non of my operators their!!!

I designed the logo using a pixel based java applet they have on their site |
