He just wanders around the city usually wearing (either singly or a combination of) speedos, a lycra jumpsuit, a single white gumboot, reflective safety jackets or other weird clothes.

i should just also point out he doesn't do it for money, he just rocks up, dances, then leaves.
he's turned into an icon of Adelaide, usually he just wanders up and down the central mall in the city, but for special events he'll break out a bit of dancing. He's hilarious.
