Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone of you guys can tell me how to build a lead sound comparable to the leads Sean Tyas uses in "One More Night Out" and his "Nish - Blue Sunshine" Remix. I think you know which lead I am talking about. Especially I am asking myself which Synths are combined to achieve the sounds that show up at the end of every 4th bar....
Any ideas? |

Not at all, actually. You'd get a much better response if you posted a couple samples of what you're talking about. |

I think he means something like what simon patterson did with the breakdown of bulldozer, how after it came out of the main break the song exploded into a a simple super distored bassline and kick with a short saw playing. |

I could not tell you how or what was used to make that sound.
I know everyone has there own taste and I like Sean Tyas and Simmon Pattersons music, however those elaborate breaks in the middle of the record really are beginning to ruin tracks. I wish more people made records like crystal methods trip like I do. but when sean tyas makes a record it goes off in the beginning when it is just the beat it rocks then they add all the other crap with it and it really ruins it. I think one of the few records of trance that are current that have a cool break in the middle are tracks like calm water or apolonio or daniel kandis breathe and that one mike foyle song the way trance used to be/ |
