New video camera advice for me?

So I was videoing Decadence and went home thinking I got some good . I viewed what I done and , the videos were . They have this ghostly look too them. This happened with the Ferry Corsten video and I made it look like old skool by doing it in B&W to recover it.

So it happened again, even though I test the dam thing out at home and it looked fine. I thought Ferry Corsten was isolated. It was not. So I decided it's time to get a new one.

I'm interested in an HD / hard drive or mem stick type, and I'm willing to spend about 1,500 on it. It would also be nice if it was great in low light conditions. Perhaps there's some good ones I should look into. Advice anyone?

Here's my Ferry Corsten video as an example (skip close to the end). You see how there's a ghosted look to it. All video effects are not on. I think it's something to do with the Nightshot stuff.

I have an "old skool" directors account that allows no time limit... just upload size limit of 1GB. You can have a pretty long vid with 1GB. They're compressed with XVID compression too. The "new" directors account has been limited to 10 min.
