i'm usually a calm and peaceful guy but sometimes rude people push my buttons. this one lady had pms and called me out for getting into a bus from the side door, when i had a monthly pass. no idea but she continued to whine in my face to which i told her to 'chill bitch!'
being in close confines of random people just spells trouble. |

argh, and what's this new trend when people play music of their phone on max. volume?! |
I've noticed this too, and this is what I've come up with.
It coincides with iPods and iPod users. Those horrible standard headphones they come are whack! You can hardly hear any bass on them, it's mostly mids and highs, and to top it off, if you have it anywhere below the mid volume mark, you can't hear . Especially in a crowded because they're not snug in the ear and you can hear people talking. So the only option is to blare the music, at which point, everyone else can hear what you're playing.
Solution = buy real f****** headphones/earphones people. Even semi/fairly decent ones are cheap nowadays. You don't need top of the line.
Advantages of buying the ones the plug directly into your ears are:
-no one has to hear that you really are into The Cat dolls
-the sound is much better
-you can actually hear some bass
-you don't have to blast the music, since it's canceling the exterior sounds
-by not blaring your music, you're not damaging your eardrums. |

Man...no disrespect but, I mean buddy came on her, she was willing to dance, not a bukakke or a cumshot. |
i get the feeling the shot wasnt intentional. and grinding can be considered a sexual act. If she volunteered to dance with the dude i dont see a case here |

no man :) I didn't mean they're playing their music so loud that you can hear it while they wear earphones
I'm talking about them actually playing music through their phones, no ear or headphones attached, using it as boombox almost |

You can't be serious. Agreeing to dance with somebody is not a sign that anything goes. |

grinding and dancing... 2 different things... so the guy accidently shoots a load? Gross yes. A crime? hardly.
If the situation up to that point had been involuntary on her part then it would be a different situation.
Whats next? Sex is ok but if you blow a load you get charged? How about an involuntary sneeze that happens to land on someone? Is that also assualt?
sheesh |

It's not like he didn't know he was going to blow his load. When he felt it coming, he should have turned away. |

My day started with me running late as per usual.. on my way to school the bus was pretty full so full that someone grabbed my ass and i couldn't even turn around to see who it could've been... i'm obviously less than impressed at this point, as if monday mornings aren't bad enough... then the woman who's behind me is literally up in my grill falling on top of me and shoving.. which just aggravated me even more. Trying to avoid conflict i try moving so she would notice that she was was invading my personal space yet this bitch keeps on going at it... i'm beyond frustrated and decide to say something:
'Listen lady can you stop pushing me, you are literally falling on top of me.' to which this crazo replies with screams calling me a 'spoiled little bitch', 'what makes you think that you're ing special?' So I'm totally just waiting for this crazy bitch to punch me out, she's still cussing me out causing the biggest scene... I am:
1. speechless
2. appalled
3. in desbelief that this was actually happening
4. WHOA!
5. NOT being able to DEAL!!
so as she still calling me names i reply with 'Just don't ing touch me. and you're ing WHACK lady. get a grip of yourself'. she starts yelling again, i turned my tunes back on, turned my bag so it would give me a little more space away from this whack job and for the rest of the bus ride i was just waiting to be physically assaulted, which thankfully didn't happen... regardless this way way WAY too much action on a monday morning...
i'm not sure if i handled the situation in the best manner... so i'm just wondering how else i could've gone about dealing with this... i'm sure people deal with incidents like this on the subway, streetcar, bus, go train, etc, every day... whatever happened to public transit etiquette?! ......!
/rant |
LOL! That sucks...but I think a more appropriate way to voice your discontent would have been to say "Excuse me, but you're a little too close for comfort to me, would you please mind giving me a little more room?"
I mean, saying "Listen lady..." doesn't seem the most courteous way to go about asserting yourself. |
