i was at Fabric in October...music selection there was phenomenal, but the facilities weren't too great...the main room only had one entrance so once you were deep in getting out was a nightmare. only one small laser in the room and no other lighting at all, a big change from the wicked lighting in the main Guv room. sound system was not impressive.
I've never had a bad time at the Guvernment, I usually spend my time in the smaller rooms as i'm not a trance fan. Whoever said the sound sucks at Guv is way off...I'll agree that the Kool Haus sounds distorted and lots of echoes and resonance, but in the main room the sound is incredible. Only place i've heard that was better was the Dynacord system at Boa, but that system is gone now...I heard it was moved to Turbo but someone got shot there or something and they closed down quickly after that. |
