I know TONS of people who don't like trance who loooovee SvD. Just something about him...
Just like a lot of non-trance heads really love Markus live (though his style is quite different from SvD's). They'd never listen to a set or mix of his, but they sure to love him he comes into town...kinda surprises me when it comes to who I know that I'd never expect to be liking his stuff cause they are pure househeads.

This is true...
not too big into trance, but SVD is very fun to listen too. I am suprised people call him "trance" though, completely different than an Armin or PVD, I guess you could label him with the cliche "tech trance":conf: |

| If he's tied to a specific genre, it is usually tech-tranc, but for the most part when something is written about him the author seems to keep himself from defining what style SvD plays in his article...smart of 'em. |
