o man 4 is much better than 3000. The Region play makes it, cos you can have as many cities and areas as you want. Its a lot more complicated but 4 is much more fun. The disasters arent as good though :( |

| i liked sc3 better than 4. i could never get the cities going in 4. much more detailed, but a lot harder. i got a city to be over 2mil people in sc3 :D |
