Jose Canseco

I'm sure a fair number of you have been seeing the interviews with Canseco the past few weeks, but if you haven't, here's a bit:

It concerns me how much press this asshole is getting, just because everyone has seen that he was right about some things in "Juiced", they now seem to be giving credence to all sorts of the allegations he's making.

I don't particularly care if A-Rod did, or did not do steroids - but I'm hardly willing to take Canseco's "word" that Rodriguez has, especially given the excuse that "the time isn't right" for him to provide evidence.

I'd really just like to see this nailed to a wall the same way Clemens is. Canseco is a ing bellend of the highest order who's just trying to prolong his stay in the limelight as long as he can - even if it's for all the wrong reasons.

He is getting the press unfortunately, but the Nightline guy pretty much summed up his claim by saying "how can you bring such a damaging claim to an individual without supplying the evidence?". That's enough to make Canseco look stupid when he responds with "time isn't right".

Arod might have taken something one or two times a long time ago, but you know what...so did everyone else. He certainly isn't taking them now and the guy just hit 54 ing homeruns last year.

DOUCHEBAGGGGGGGGGGGGG

from that pic it looks like injections of steriods arent the only thing Jose has taken in the ass

he jumped the shark with this book.I dont believe him anymore for much of the stuff thats been posted in this thread already.
So funny to see him writing about AROD trying to steal his ex wife and how he "hates his ing guts" lol...

One of the more funny aspects of Canseco is that one of the clubs I play in Chicago on a fairly regular basis has him banned for life because of an incident that can best be summed up as an "I'm a celebrity, let me do what I want" tragedy.

he played for the d-rays... he's OK in my book...

you think too much about rob... let him go... a-rod is a puppet anyway...

A-ROD???

I'm sure 200+ million can pay for the best trainers with the most effective workouts. and yes, it does make a difference.

Philadelphia Daily News
BASEBALL STAR Jose Canseco recently revealed that the mortgage on his home had been foreclosed, and he blamed two costly divorces for his financial woes.

Because the dude has to pay the bills, he has turned to celebrity boxing.

Canseco and promoter Damon Feldman are seeking a challenger to fight the Oakland Athletics veteran on July 12 at the Bernie Robbins Stadium in Atlantic City.

The chosen opponent will be paid $5,000. Brave souls should e-mail [email protected]. Canseco's opponent will be revealed in this column next week.

No word on whether Canseco, who admitted to having used steroids throughout his baseball career, will be juiced for the fight.

Tickets will be available through Center Stage, 800-677-8499.
